If you complete all the lessons, attend twelve weeks of office hours, and haven't learned something useful to get you funding, just send us an email and we will process your refund right away without any hassle.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

All digital products are non-refundable. This includes webinars, ebooks, guides, coaching programs.  You cannot receive a refund or exchange once you have purchased, downloaded, unzipped or viewed.  

No refunds on Pre-orders.

CLOTHING RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise can be EXCHANGED for a store credit. 
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days. 
• Merchandise must not be work, altered or washed. 
• Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, please keep tracking details for your records.  
• Please note original shipping charges are not refundable
• Please email info@tifftoi.com for an exchange authorization number prior to mailing back.  Items without an authorization number will not be accepted.
